In addition, Owen Design is commissioned by DSA as Structural Plan Checkers and as FLS Plan Checkers. We have an excellent rapport with DSA in both the San Diego and Los Angeles Regional offices making our process of obtaining DSA approvals a more smooth one. Owen Design will provide a superior team of subconsultants with various specialties to complete the required services. Some of these diciplines include geotechinical, civil, landscape architecture, kitchen specialists, and cost estimating.
