MGH was founded in 2000 by three senior planning and engineering professionals: Mike Miller, Planner; Fred Garmire, PE; and David Humber, PE. They followed their vision of creating a different kind of planning and engineering firm, combined their over 50 years of experience and formed MGH Associates. Integrating the science of planning with the art of engineering, MGH offers a full spectrum civil engineering and planning services. Seven years later, MGH has a staff of nearly 30 serving clients throughout Washington and Oregon, including architects, developers, and public agencies.
