From its inception as a interior space planning firm in 1982, Interarch Design, a Minority Woman Owned Business (DBE / WBE), has evolved into an award-winning architectural and interior design specialist providing all levels of design for corporate, financial institutions, commercial, professional, hospitality, health-care, governmental and residential projects. While the firm//s primary thrust is within the interior space of a base building, Interarch Design also develops base building architecture for small scale commercial structures and custom residences as well as historic preservation and building facade and site rehabilitation. Depending upon the nature of an engagement, the appropriate design team is assembled from a professional staff of planners, architects, interior designers, draftspersons, specifiers and pertinent consultants. Each Project is directed by a principal of the firm, and the principal-in-charge has oversight responsibilities. The broadly talented and creative team moves through the planning and design process, from initial concept through project completion. We, at Interarch Design, recognize that the essence of good design lies in the understanding and fulfillment of the client//s needs. Toward that end, the Interarch Design Team is trained not just to ask the right questions but to listen to the answers.
