Ewing Architects was established in 1972 and located in a renovated brick structure in South Pasadena. Thirteen years later, we renovated two circa 1905 structures in Pasadena and established our offices of over 5,000 SF. Ewing Architects is a full service architectural design firm specializing in site and master plan design, architectural design, interior design, building renovations and restoration design. We have extensive experience in a wide variety of project types. Since 1972, over 1000 projects have been designed by this office. The firm is composed of a diverse group of professionals. The staff includes several project architects as well as specialists in interiors and master planning. We have established a close association with structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering consultants with whom we work on a consistent basis. In addition, we utilize a wide range of speciality consultants for input on unique project applications. Among our strengths is a familiarity with the various aspects of the construction process; we are also a licensed contractor. Our project goals are to design the appropriate solution functionally and aesthetically in conformance with the client,s program and budget while maintaining compatibility with the immediate environment. We provide a complete design service throughout both the design and construction phase. The firm has designed projects in California, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Michigan, Montana, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming, as well as England, France, Japan, Mexico and Spain.
