Centrally located in California, our home designers can meet with, and provide full building assistance to residents in most of California, Oregon and Washington when needed.I was born and raised in southern California. It was not until High school, when I knew that I wanted to be an architect and found that my family tree is full of civil engineers, architects and craftsmen. It was in college where I fell in love with architecture and its unlimited source to be my teacher then, now and with each project. I finished my studies at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a passion to relate all to architecture and architecture to all. During my years in college, I had the fortunate opportunity to study abroad in Florence, Italy. During that year abroad, I developed an appreciation for the vernacular architecture of different cultures and their ability to integrate new architecture with thousands of years old structures. Now 8 years later, I have had the privilege of working with multiple scopes of work in the field of residential design. I am currently taking my architectural registration exams to become a licensed architect in the state of California. My interests include interior design, furniture design, and product design. One in particular, sustainable design, has lead me and my partner to offer sustainable, small, comforting home plans.This partnership is a culmination of years of dragging my family through historic districts throughout the World in order to admire the architecture, and meeting a partner with the same goals. Having lived in several areas of the country and seen the increasing housing sizes, it became important to me to show that a family can live a normal active lifestyle in a smaller home. After living in older homes and trying to find a new home that fit our needs while taking advantage of the building site, I quickly learned that most home plans that are available are not really based on how families live, or where the home will be built. Creating sustainable homes that combine green functions designed around how a family actually uses a space became my mission. Combining my experience in marketing, with my love of architecture is a dream come true.
