Mr. Tracz has managed numerous boundary and topographic surveys and Federal Emergency Management Agency Flood Hazard Studies in Manatee, Charlotte and Putnam Counties in Florida and Dorchester County, South Carolina. He has completed hazardous waste health and safety training and has performed boundary and topographic surveys on several hazardous waste sites, including a Superfund site in Northeast, FL. Mr. Tracz manages our Gainesville office.Mr. Smith is a highly experienced land surveyor with a background of 30 years in all aspects of the business. He plays a key role in both the supervision and review of work in areas such as route surveys, boundary, topographic, cellular tower sites, elevation surveys for St. Johns River Water Management District and FEMA. Mr. Smith has an Associate of Science Degree from South Georgia College, 1969 and is a member of the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society and The Hydrographic Society of America.
