What is the best method to use when checking references?





Although third party reference checking is a good means to securing objective and accurate references, the immediate supervisor should make every effort to check with the construction executive's previous construction employer(s) and construction personally ask the questions that determine if he construction executive has the competencies the supervisor requires.
